Satisfaction Guarantee

We take pride in the quality of our baked goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

The product is faulty, spoiled or not as described.

Incorrect item(s) received.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

Customer or personalised orders.

Products that have been partially consumed or tampered with.

Orders cancelled within less than 24 hours of pick-up/delivery.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

Contact us via christine@browniesonthehill.co.uk with your order number, details of the issue, and photographic evidence if applicable.

Once your request is received, we will review it and respond within 48 hours.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

In some cases, we may offer an exchange or a replacement product instead of a refund.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated time frame:

First, check with your bank or payment provider.

Contact us if you still have not received your refund after 10 business days.
